还有一个原因是，国内域名备案问题，国内的网站只有通过备案后，开展的一些服务才会受法律保护，同时用户在浏览时看到备过案的网站也会提高浏览信心。但是备案的要求就是服务器必须在国内，所以这个麻烦了。

以上的方法并非是真的不限内容服务器，但是对于网站建设者来说，想真正不限内容还是不要在国内大陆开展，毕竟不管隐藏的再好，都有可能露馅。
